How can we use our behavioral analytics platform to track UX metrics and understand patient behavior?
For each project, teams instrument their product to gather the data they need for key success metrics and to understand user behavior in core segments of the design.
Lead design researcher, responsible for metric development
I regularly use Google’s HEART framework to brainstorm metrics with development teams using a basic Google sheet.
The team was taught about how to write metrics using Google’s HEART framework along with Goals, Signals, Metrics.
The system was instrumented more deliberately, as metrics were better aligned with business and UX goals, along with research experimentation needs.
UX was able to drive the metric conversation to get the data and information they needed to improve their designs and run behavioral experiments.
